KQED of San Francisco, and Wells Fargo honored five outstanding unsung local heroes in March, 2008. CRCMC Executive Director, Sara O'Donnell was one of the five recipients of this award.
The other honorees included Norma Hotaling of SAGE (Standing Against Global Exploitation), Margaret Jenkins of the Margaret Jenkins Dance Company, Debbra Lindo of College Track, and Donna Freeman of Ladies Night. For more information on these heroes, read their biographies at the KQED website.
